Doc appointment

Had a doc appointment yesterday, ya real fun. I got to stand on the big scale and it said 23.5 lbs, well tat must be good because everyone was smiling. Then nurse made me lay down to check how tall I was, 32.5 inches, soon I will be taller then Dad(I already have more hair then him, don't tell him).
The doctor came in and said all looks good and keep up with the stuff I'm doing, but then there was a bunch of whispering between Mom and the doctor so I started to figure something must be up.
Doc left and I was ready to go but Mom and Dad just sat there like two bumps on a log, well................
now I know why, I had to get three shot. Did I not get enough shot when I was In the hospital? Guess not. So I figured if I had to go though it I would also let everybody know I did not like it, Wow the lungs are really starting to come around.
We got home and Mom had to go to work and I was tired so I figured I would hit the hay early.
Got back up around 9:30pm and had a late dinner, well tried but I fell asleep in Dad arms, I guess I was more tired then I figured.

well sorry its been so long but I haven't had a lot of time to get on the computer as I've been busy trying to learn how to walk. Its coming along good, I can walk all over the house and it so fun to see Mom and Dad scramble when I crawl up on stuff and pull stuff down to get a better look at it.
I'm finally getting some words out, I really can't figure it out, I've been talking for like 16 weeks but no one could understand me, so I had to learn the parents language and now they can under stand me. Words I can say now, Dada, Mama, cat,dog, Tessa and NO, the "NO" thing is pretty cool as it makes everyones head turn.
I will try to sweet talk Dad to load some pictures, WAIT............................................................................
I thought Mom was coming, I don't think she would understand that I can type and not speak full sentences.
So I got to go so I will try to update more and get the parents to load some pictures.

Check out my new hat yo!
Well things have been ok in my life, I now weight 18lbs and I can stand up when I hold onto things. I love to crawl around the house and grab the cats, they on the other hand don't want anything to do with me.
I have my first two words out,first one was Dada, well I have to make him feel good for something and the second one was Mama of course.
I got to ride in a boat for the first time over the weekend and it was pretty cool, I even got to see some ducks and by the way they don't look anything like the ones in the water when I take a tubby.
I also got to spend time with my Nana and Papa and my two cousins Amanda and Ashley, it was a lot of fun.
Yesterday (Tue.) my Aunt came in from Arizona and we spent some time with her and I got to see my Aunt Tammy and Uncle Pat and my other two cousins Tina and Brook.
This weekend I my make a trip with Dad to (what he calls) the race in the field, I really don't know what it is but it sounds fun.

Sorry its been so long but Mom and Dad have been watching me like a hawk and I haven't had time to get on the computer. A lot has changed since last time I posted, one more trip to the doc last week and I guess I'm doing pretty well. I'm now 15 lbs and I'm like 23 1/2 in long, so I guess thats good, what do I know.
I got my ears pierced cause my Daddy wanted me to, it wasen't to bad , so they say but I must say they look good. I have also got to eat some new foods, ice tea,apple sauce and peaches, there all good and I still get the old stand by formula.
I also have some cool new outfits and a cool shirt from Aunt Candy from when she was in D.C. so when you see me take a look.
so thats about all for now, I'll try to post some pic soon.

My baptism

I got my head wet today and everyone clapped, I'm not sure why but it was ok, then we got home and there was like a thousand people in my house but it was ok because I got held a lot.
I have been doing well and I am getting big, well thats what I hear everybody saying.
I got some really nice gifts from everyone who showed up .
Thank you to everyone who came it ment so much to me.
Ok got to got before Mom and Dad wake up and find out I'm on the computer again.

Sunday was a good day

Well my great day really started yesterday.
Mom and Dad spent most of my feedings with me and they talked and I sleeped.
They came back for my 10pm feeding to find my IV was turned off and the nurse said she was going to pull it out, thank god, I've been really sick of that thing.
The best thing about this was my grandma, nana and papa got to hold me today for the first time,
it was great.
I'm now up to 35cc of milk every 3 hours and I weight 4lbs 4.6oz, so I'm really hoping to be home soon.

I've been thinking over the last couple of day on my free time(and I have a lot of it).
I wonder what it's like outside, Mom and Dad say theres snow, what the hell is snow?
Everybody keeps saying your so cute, will someone please give me a mirrior.
I've had a good couple of days, no more blood ox on my foot and no more blood test s as of yesterday.
The nurses say I might be moving to a crib soon as my feedings are moving up real fast, in a little over a week I went from 2cc to 19cc and I've gained over 9oz and I am feeling great.

Another day in my plastic home

Well another day in the NICU and I'm getting really board with this
I went on a little trip today, some ladies came and took me and my house down the hall to a new home. They said they need my bed for sicker baby's, I think that's good
Mom and Dad came today and we had a good time,I got let out of jail(the plastic one) for like one hour and I spent a lot of time with Dad.
Man do you guys know he talks a lot. Look at my pictures, at one point I was like this is giving me a headache and then I figured out I can just cover my ears.

Big steps for me today

Wow what a day.....
Mom and Dad came to see me early today and I had a big surprise for them.
No more tubes on my face, the nurses took them off today and said I don't need them anymore(I hope).
I got my IV moved to my head, I looked at the nurse and thought, you got to be kidding me right, my head? It hurt, I cried for awhile but its all better now.
I told Dad to upload some pictures yesterday but I think he forgot so today I made some faces at him and he said he would.
So you guys should see some from yesterday and today.

I'm totally off the vent, well I went off a couple of days ago but Dad for got to take pictures, so he took some tonight.
They upped my feedings to 3cc from 2cc and I'm feeling good.
I lost a little weight but everyone says that's normal.
Mom and Dad came by tonight for my 10pm feeding and I was a little sleepy but I opened my eyes a few times to say hello and I even waved some.
Well got to get some sleep.

My new Blog

My Daddy started this new blog for me today so I can keep you all up on my progress and all of my new pictures.
I got to come out from this little plastic house they have me in for awhile today, I got held by my Mommy and Daddy for awhile, I got some food, cried a little, sucked on a nuk and then got a little cold so I went back in.
I will try to type more later but the nurses don't like me on the computer so much, they say its bad for my eyes.
